What is a CSA?

CSA stands for Community Shared Agriculture. It is a great way to support your local farmers and in return, get weekly offerings of fresh, seasonal vegetables. As part of our CSA share you will receive a weekly update of happenings on our farm and delicious recipes featuring the vegetables in your share. Our CSA is a great way to eat with the seasons, try new recipes, new varieties of vegetables and to see all the love and work that goes into growing your food!

What does a typical weekly share look like?

Each week you can expect to have bagged salad greens of either arugula, lettuce mix, baby kale or spinach. At the start of our season you might see more leafy greens such as pea shoots, salad greens, and micro greens. However as the season progresses you will see a variety of seasonal vegetables including but not limited to heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, kale, corn, beets, sweet peas, eggplants, peppers and much more! New this season, we are working with other local farms to expand our offerings to include berries and other produce so you get the most out of the summer's harvest.

Is a CSA right for me?

As wonderful as CSAs are, they may not be the right fit for everyone. We offer a more traditional CSA where we provide our members with fresh seasonal vegetables each week. We try to mix it up week to week with the variety of vegetables, but if you are picky, or have a lot of dietary restrictions than our CSA model may not be the one for you. Our shares will be delivered to the three locations weekly at the specified time. If you travel or change your schedule frequently our CSA may not be the right fit for you. However we understand that situations do change and we can be flexible to changing pick-up locations with advance notice. If you forget to pick-up your share or cannot pick-up your share we can make arrangements for you to pick-up at our farm store or we can donate your share.

What size should I get?
